Music in the Park
Music in the Park is an annual summertime series that features live music performances in Veterans Park in downtown River Falls. The park offers a beautiful and centrally located setting for folks of all ages to gather and listen to a diverse range of live entertainment. Local businesses help fund the event by signing up to sponsor a the concert series or individual concerts. Music in the Park is CAB's longest running event with its 1994 beginnings predating the existence of CAB.
Music in the Park 2024 will have performances every Thursday night from May 30 through August 29, with the exception of July 4 and 11. Concerts are held from 7–9 p.m. Most concerts will be take place in Veterans Park, 1 N. Main St., but three performances will be at UW River Falls Melvin Wall Amphitheatre in collaboration with the UW River Falls Summer Concert Series. Except where noted in the schedule, the rain site for concerts will be Tarnation Tavern. Visit Music in the Park on Facebook for more information if the weather is threatening.
We’re excited to announce that our UWRF shows will feature the St. Croix Valley Community Band on June 20, Annie Mack on August 1, and Brotherhood of Birds on August 22. The Annie Mack and Brotherhood of Birds shows will also have food trucks.
