The City of River Falls, WI is accepting proposals from artists or teams of artists who would like to be considered for a mural opportunity located on the concrete panel wall along the Kinni Pathway under the Maple Street bridge. The space is approximately 70’ x 10.5’ and is directly under the bridge, along the river.

The city has not identified a defined theme or desired outcome for the mural design. The artist(s) are encouraged to propose what they believe would be best for the space.

The City will pressurize the wall prior to painting. As part of the proposal, the artist(s) will include a concept drawing/image of the proposal, information about their design, a list of materials that would be used, expected time for completion and a proposed project cost. Materials should include the application of an anti-graffiti coating.
