Dear members of Community Arts Base in River Falls,
I am the founding president of a local non-profit, Rebuild Ukraine and a theology professor at the University of St. Thomas. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Rebuild Ukraine, I would like to thank you for organizing and supporting the charitable sale of art to support the Ukrainian children scarred by the war. A special word of thanks goes to Mrs. Kay Fritz, her team, and all artists who have so generously contributed their works for the project. The funds raised by your community will be used to send five children from the war-torn areas to a three-day rejuvenation summer camp in the Ukrainian countryside. The children will be provided with healthy meals, group therapy, athletics classes, hiking trips, and transportation to/ from the camp. To date, Rebuild Ukraine has supported 140 refugee students, whose studies have been disrupted by the war. To learn more about the work of Rebuild Ukraine, including our medical supplies and protective gear programs, visit us at https://rebuild-ua.org/, where you could also make a tax-deductible donation. Rebuild Ukraine is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Thank you for your generosity!
Peace,
Paul Gavrilyuk, Ph.D.,
President, Rebuild Ukraine
